Title: IT Support
Location:Bayan Lepas

Nature of Business : IT Solution provider

• Diagnose and repair desktops, laptops, mobile phones, audio devices, printers, and other consumer electronic products.
• Replace faulty parts and perform repairs according to company procedures.
• Ensure repairs are completed within quality standards and turnaround time (TAT) targets.
• Perform onsite preventive maintenance (PM), including system checks, cleaning, and basic optimization.
• Identify potential technical issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Update repair records, diagnosis results, and parts usage in the service system.
• Follow company SOPs, ESD practices, and safety guidelines when handling customer equipment.
• Explain repair findings and outcomes to customers when required.
• Support customer service and front-line operations as needed.

Job & Skill Requirements:

• Minimum Certificate / Diploma in Electronics, IT, or related field
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in PC or electronics repair

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
