What you’ll do :

• Coordinate with banks, vendors, and other relevant parties involved in the payment process, including Direct Debit matters.
• Generate, review and maintain loan stockout reports and provide monthly reports.
• Review invoice documents and collaborate with internal and external parties to facilitate the timely and accurate delivery of administrative duties.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of letters and other correspondence as required.
• Implement measures to safeguard sensitive information and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
• Monitor all loans for irregularities and deficiencies, promptly identifying and reporting any issues to superiors.
• Provide input and feedback to enhance system functionalities and improve operational efficiency specifically for collections & operations department.
• Undertake any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.

• Diploma in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
• Experience working in a bank or financial institution is an added advantage;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
• Strong attention to detail with good numerical and analytical skills;
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities;
• Good understanding of financing, credit, and loan processing procedures will be an advantage;
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
