To support the development of local manpower, MODEC ACADEMY has devised a specific training program for Interns and Graduates. In the last ten years, we have developed more than 80 graduate engineers for the industry, some occupying strategic positions in MODEC worldwide.

- Pursuing bachelor's degree in engineering or related field from an accredited institution
- Penultimate/final year students
- Demonstrate a strong academic record and passion for the offshore energy industry

- Be a team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
