Job Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Manager and project team.
• Assist in managing and maintaining project documentation, drawings, reports, and records.
• Coordinate and follow up on project schedules, site activities, and outstanding matters.
• Prepare meeting materials, minutes of meetings, and follow-up action items.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Assist the Project Manager with general project-related tasks and coordination.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or management.
