Job Summary
You will conduct thorough inspections of renovation and demolition works to ensure compliance with approved plans, coordinate with contractors, and prepare detailed reports to support project quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
Review approved renovation and demolition plans to prepare for site inspections
Coordinate with renovation contractors to schedule and arrange site inspections efficiently
Plan and execute post-renovation inspections within required timeframes to ensure timely project progress
Inspect demolition and renovation works against approved drawings and dimensions to verify compliance
Capture clear photographic evidence, including overall and close-up views, to document inspection findings
Identify and report any non-compliance or deviations from approved plans immediately to relevant stakeholders
Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports on the same day to maintain up-to-date records
Maintain accurate records of completed inspections and documented non-compliances for audit and reference
Compile and prepare weekly and monthly inspection summary reports to track project compliance status
Ensure any proposed deviations from plans are referred for proper approval before acceptance to uphold standards
Required competencies and certifications
Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience supervising building projects
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for report preparation and documentation
Working Days and Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm

Railway & Engineering Support: Workforce solutions for operations, maintenance, and project delivery in Singapore’s rail sector.
Technical & Logistics Support: Provision of equipment, machinery, and on-site manpower for fast, compliant, and safe execution of client projects.
