We are seeking an experienced SeniorSolution Architect – Data Migration to lead the architecture, design, andexecution of enterprise-scale data migration initiatives. The ideal candidatewill have expertise in data migration strategies, cloud platforms, ETL/ELTtechnologies, database modernization, and enterprise integration, execution andmigration activities. This role requires close collaboration with businessstakeholders, project managers, application teams, and data engineers to ensuresecure, accurate, and efficient migration of business-critical data.

What you will do

Scope, define and designsolution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions

·       Define the overall data migration strategy, architecture, androadmap aligned with business and technology objectives.

·       Assess source and target systems, data models, data quality, andmigration complexity to determine the optimal migration approach.

·       Design scalable migration solutions, including data extraction,transformation, loading (ETL/ELT), validation, reconciliation, and cutoverprocesses.

·       Develop data mapping specifications, transformation rules, andmigration frameworks to ensure data integrity and consistency.

·       Establish data governance, quality standards, security controls,and compliance requirements throughout the migration lifecycle.

·       Collaborate with business stakeholders, application owners, dataengineers, infrastructure teams, and project managers to align migration planswith business priorities.

·       Lead technical design reviews, provide architectural guidance, andresolve complex migration challenges and risks.

·       Oversee migration testing, including system integration testing(SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), data validation, and reconciliationactivities.

·       Plan and support production cutovers, rollback strategies, andpost-migration verification to minimize business disruption.

·       Drive automation, performance optimization, and continuousimprovement of migration processes and tools.

·       Mentor technical teams and promote best practices in dataarchitecture, migration methodologies, and solution design.

·       Monitor project progress, manage technical risks, and ensuresuccessful delivery within scope, timeline, and quality objectives.

·       Conduct log analysis, debugging, and incident management acrossdistributed application components.

·       Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation covering systemarchitecture, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.

This role requiresstrong expertise in OSS & BSS migration, data architecture, databasetechnologies, ETL/ELT tools, cloud platforms, migration development , datagovernance, enterprise integration, and stakeholder management, along withthe ability to lead large-scale enterprise data migration and modernizationprograms.

You will bring

·       Bachelor’s degree in computer science,Communication Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

·       15–20 years of IT and telecommunicationsexperience, including 8–10 years as a Data Migration Solution Architect.

·       Hands-on expertise in Ericsson Charging, Billing,and Orchestration migration projects.

·       Strong experience in 3PP-to-Ericsson productmigrations, including strategy, mapping, transformation, validation,reconciliation, and cutover.

·       Deep knowledge of BSS/OSS architectures, telecombusiness processes, and system integration.

·       Expertise in migration architecture, ETL/ELT,data quality, and governance.

·       Proven leadership in large-scale telecomtransformation programs with strong stakeholder management.

·       Exposure to cloud, APIs, DevOps, and modern data integration technologies is preferred.
