Job Summary

Perform laboratory testing and measurement while supporting laboratory and cleanliness compliance to meet Quality System requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain laboratory equipment readiness by performing calibration and maintenance to ensure accurate measurement and testing
• Set up and control measurement methods with clear, documented work instructions
• Conduct Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility (GR&R) studies for all critical measurement methods and equipment to ensure reliability
• Support measurement correlation activities to verify consistency across instruments or methods
• Monitor laboratory environmental conditions to ensure compliance with standards
• Ensure Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) compliance in all laboratory activities
• Provide accurate measurement and testing support to laboratory operations
• Maintain integrity and accuracy of laboratory data and records for traceability
• Oversee cleanliness compliance testing, including reviewing monitoring plans, coordinating with external laboratories, and evaluating test reports
• Support investigation and resolution of out-of-specification results, including verification testing for improvements
• Assist with ad-hoc project tasks as assigned to support laboratory and quality objectives
• Ensure adherence to Quality Management System (QMS), EHS, and Legal & Environmental (L&E) procedures relevant to the department
