Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations.
• Lead, motivate, and support service staff during shifts.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and hygiene.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and handle feedback or complaints professionally.
• Assist with staff scheduling, briefing, training, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace safety, and company policies.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and proper storage of food and beverage items.
• Assist with ordering, receiving, and checking of supplies.
• Handle cash and payment procedures accurately where required.
• Support management in achieving sales, productivity, and cost-control targets.
• Conduct opening and closing duties and ensure proper shift handovers.
• Prepare operational reports and communicate issues to the F&B Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage operations, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Diploma or relevant qualification in Hospitality, F&B Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good leadership and team-management abilities.
• Able to work independently and make sound operational decisions.
• Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety practices.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Responsible, well-organized, proactive, and customer-oriented.
