The Commercial Development Department (CDD) is looking for an AM to take on event management and marketing responsibilities.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate with partners to activate transit spaces for sponsorships, paid events, and thematic activation, which can cover specific station/bus interchanges or line-wide activations.
• Execute Purchase Orders (PO) and process invoices using SBST’s internal procurement and financial systems.
• Attend site visits with partners and event sponsors to explain the possibilities and limitations faced at stations in accordance to LTA’s regulations and policies.
• Coordinate with LTA Regulation and Licencing Group (RLG), Policy, Development and Building Control (DBC), and any other relevant departments to implement paid station activation.
• Coordinate with external agencies and regulators such as the Building Construction Authority (BCA), Public Utilities Board (PUB), National Environment Agency (NEA), among many others to seek necessary approvals for space activation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, i.e. SBST Facilities Management, Operations, Retail, Advertising, Technical Teams, among many others to ensure feasibility of station activation.
• Organise launch events that can involve Ministers, Grassroot Leaders, Community Groups, among many others.

Job Requirements:

• Min. bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of work in sales, business development, or managing accounts.
• Good conversational and writing skills.
• Possess effective communication skills for basic marketing and sales pitches.
• Able to use basic work software such as Microsoft Office Suite, i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Able to work well with internal departments like Strategic Communications, Customer Experience and Operations.

Candidates may be placed at Senior Executive / Assistant Manager based on qualifications, experiences and interview results.
