We are looking for a responsible and hardworking
Stall Assistant
to support the daily operations of our F&B stall. The successful candidate will assist with food preparation, customer service, cashiering and general stall operations while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness and hygiene.

Job Responsibilities
Assist with the daily opening and closing of the stall.
Take customer orders and provide friendly and efficient customer service.
Handle cashiering, POS transactions and payments accurately.
Assist with basic food preparation, cooking and assembling of food according to company recipes and SOPs.
Portion, pack and serve food for dine-in and takeaway orders.
Ensure food is prepared and served according to the company's quality and presentation standards.
Replenish ingredients, condiments, packaging materials and other operating supplies as required.
Receive, check and properly store ingredients and supplies.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the stall, food preparation areas, equipment and workstations.
Wash and clean kitchen utensils, equipment and other operating tools when required.
Follow proper food handling, food safety and workplace hygiene procedures at all times.
Assist in monitoring stock levels and minimise food wastage.
Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations, especially during peak periods.
Provide support in other areas of the stall when required.
Perform other duties related to stall operations as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
Job Requirements
Prior experience in F&B, food stall, hawker, food court or restaurant operations is an advantage.
Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply; training can be provided.
Able and willing to learn basic food preparation and cooking procedures.
Customer-service oriented with a positive working attitude.
Responsible, punctual and able to work well as part of a team.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Good awareness of food hygiene and workplace cleanliness.
Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods.
Able to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays according to operational requirements.
Food Safety Course Level 1 certification would be an advantage.
