Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and analytical KPI & Data Analyst to join our team at Changi Airfreight Centre. In this role, you will track business performance, transform raw operational data into actionable insights, and build interactive performance dashboards. You will work closely with department heads and business leaders to support strategic decision-making, optimize daily operations, and resolve operational escalations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• KPI Definition & Tracking: Align key performance indicators (KPIs) with business goals, establish targets, and monitor real-time operational status.

• Data Gathering & Cleaning: Collect raw data from multiple sources, validate data integrity, and resolve data quality issues.

• Dashboard Development: Build and maintain interactive performance dashboards using business intelligence tools.

• Trend Analysis & Reporting: Conduct exploratory data analysis using in-house systems to spot patterns, diagnose performance gaps, and automate recurring reports.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Consult with company leaders and department heads to turn complex data findings into clear recommendations for strategic decisions.

• Problem Solving & Escalation: Ensure daily customer and overseas complaints are handled on time and facilitate proper escalation when required.

Requirements

• Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in data analysis, KPI tracking, or business intelligence.

• Education: Diploma or higher; a course of study in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related discipline is an advantage.

• Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools, data visualization, and advanced data gathering techniques.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to data accuracy.

  • Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management and leadership consulting.

  • Comfortable managing daily complaint resolution and operational escalations.

    Working Hours: 5.5 work days [Monday to Friday : 9am to 6pm ; Saturday : 9am to 12 noon]
