Job Summary

Manage and optimize warehouse and logistics operations to ensure timely delivery, inventory accuracy, and compliance with safety standards, driving continuous improvement and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch to ensure smooth workflow

Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to achieve timely delivery and optimize logistics performance

Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations to maintain accuracy and prevent discrepancies

Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency and ensure safety compliance

Identify and execute process improvements and cost-saving initiatives within warehouse and logistics operations

Liaise with external logistics partners and transport providers to arrange shipments and resolve delivery issues promptly

Prepare and analyze operational reports including KPIs, cost analysis, and performance metrics to support decision-making

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies to maintain a safe working environment

Manage documentation and maintain accurate records of all warehouse and distribution activities for traceability and audit purposes

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related discipline

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or operations within manufacturing or distribution sectors

Proven expertise in inventory management systems and warehouse management software (WMS)

Strong understanding of logistics processes, supply chain management, and distribution best practices

Excellent organizational and planning skills to manage multiple priorities effectively

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data analysis to support operational reporting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments

Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards relevant to warehouse operations

Problem-solving mindset focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence

Relevant certifications in logistics, supply chain management, or warehouse operations are advantageous
