Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end production operations for live shows, seasonal programming, and special events.

Coordinate artist scheduling, rehearsals, travel logistics, rider requirements, and contracts.

Manage production budgets, track operational expenses, and negotiate terms with external vendors, sound/lighting crews, and venues.

Serve as the primary liaison between performers, artistic directors, marketing teams, and technical production staff.

Ensure all productions comply with venue licensing, workplace safety, copyright regulations, and statutory guidelines.

Supervise front-of-house and backstage logistics during live performances to resolve operational bottlenecks on the fly.

Requirements

Proven experience in arts management, theater administration, event operations, or a related entertainment field.

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple production timelines simultaneously.

Solid understanding of live stage operations, technical production elements (audio, lighting, staging), and artist contract management.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interface effectively with artists, technical crews, and management.

Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, corresponding to show runs and event dates.
