Job Summary
You will welcome customers, accurately take orders, recommend menu items, serve food and beverages, handle cashier transactions, promote specials, assist with food prep and packing, maintain restaurant cleanliness, respond to customer inquiries, and support daily restaurant operations.
Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in placing accurate orders to enhance their dining experience
Provide informed menu recommendations to help customers make satisfying choices
Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously to customers
Process cashier and payment transactions accurately to ensure smooth checkout
Promote menu items, special offers, and promotions to increase sales and customer engagement
Assist with food preparation and packing as needed to support kitchen operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant to uphold hygiene and safety standards
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and feedback to ensure satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to support daily restaurant operations efficiently
