This is more than a retail job. It’s your first step towards becoming a Store Manager.

The ANTA Retail Trainee Programme is designed for individuals who want to build a long-term career in sports retail and take on leadership responsibilities.

You will start from the store floor to understand the business from the ground up. As you progress, you will move beyond daily sales duties and take ownership of sales performance, products, people and store operations — preparing you for your next step as a Store Manager.

Learn from Leaders — Work closely with Store Managers and Area Managers and learn what it takes to run a successful store.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree or equivalent

• Fresh graduates are welcome

• Retail, sales or customer service experience is an advantage

• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Mandarin-speaking is an additional advantage.
