Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities during the assigned shift.
• Ensure production output meets schedule, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Monitor manpower allocation, machine utilization, and production performance.
• Lead and manage production operators and technicians to ensure discipline and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) requirements and company policies.
• Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to work instructions and SOPs.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams to resolve production issues.
• Prepare shift production reports, downtime reports, and manpower attendance records.
• Conduct shift handover meetings and communicate production status effectively.
• Support NPI, production ramp-up, and process improvement activities.
• Train and guide operators on production processes, safety practices, and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, reduce scrap, and minimize downtime.
• Handle disciplinary matters and maintain good teamwork within the production department.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S implementation on the production floor.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience managing production teams.
• Experience in electronics, semiconductor, CNC, automation, or high-tech manufacturing is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage production operators and technicians effectively.
• Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Mandarin language skills are an advantage for communication with diverse clients and stakeholders.
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
