Job Responsibilities

• Perform daily operation, preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair of production and mechanical equipment; develop maintenance plans to ensure stable and reliable equipment operation.

• Participate in equipment selection, installation, and commissioning; assist in drafting operating procedures; optimize operation parameters to improve efficiency and service life.

• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential risks; maintain accurate records of operation, maintenance, and repairs; ensure standardised equipment management.

• Handle scheduled and emergency repairs, spare parts preparation and reconditioning, technical modifications, and safety hazard rectification related to mechanical equipment.

• Participate in drafting, reviewing, revising, and archiving production process drawings, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and manufacturability.

• Provide on‑site technical support to resolve issues in drawing interpretation, process execution, assembly, and machining.

• Assist in technical upgrades and retrofits of mechanical equipment to reduce failure rates and maintenance costs.

• Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Job Qualifications

• Associate degree or above in Mechanical Design, Mechanical Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Candidates with exceptional experience may be considered with a relaxed education requirement.

• Familiar with machining and assembly processes; able to independently produce production drawings (part drawings, assembly drawings, etc.).

• Sound knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic fundamentals; understanding of equipment structure, functions, and performance.

• Familiar with basic maintenance and repair procedures.

• 5+ years of relevant mechanical work experience.

• Experience in non‑standard automation equipment design or assembly is a plus.

• On‑site equipment management or process support experience is preferred.
