岗位职责

Prepares the project quality plans and inspection test plans according to project specifications
Prepares welding procedure specification and conduct welder qualification tests
Prepares quality control procedures and repairs procedures for welding
Conducts stage wise inspections like material/fit up/visual/bolt tightening/painting for fabrication and erection works
Review and witness the non-destructive testing like ultrasonic testing and magnetic particle testing
To ensure internal quality controls are in place and being maintained properly
Work closely with other project personnel such as production and site management team in order to deliver high quality works together
Carry out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures delivered to the yard
Proper QA/QC documentation for all materials delivered to the factory, including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instructions/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC document
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
