We’re Hiring: OutSystems Developer

We are looking for an OutSystems Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to support application development, solution design and ongoing application support.

Candidates with ODC certification or strong exposure to OutSystems 11 / ODC will have an advantage.

What you’ll be working on:

• Design, develop and enhance scalable OutSystems web and mobile applications

• Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements, pain points and business needs

• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions

• Participate in solution design, technical discussions and effort estimation

• Develop key application components using OutSystems development best practices

• Troubleshoot application issues and implement timely and effective fixes

• Support integrations with third-party systems and other enterprise platforms

• Identify opportunities to improve applications, processes and user experience

• Support deployed applications and provide Day 2 application support

• Work with the wider technical team on infrastructure, networking and integration considerations where required

What we’re looking for:

• 3–5 years of OutSystems development experience

• Hands-on experience developing web and/or mobile applications

• Good understanding of OutSystems architecture, integrations and development best practices

• Experience in requirement gathering, solutioning and effort estimation

• Able to troubleshoot technical issues independently

• Comfortable engaging with both business users and technical stakeholders

• ODC certification preferred

• Exposure to OutSystems 11, ODC, Reactive Web and Mobile would be an advantage
