Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor guests in and around the swimming pool area to ensure safety and prevent accidents.
• Enforce pool rules and gym policies to promote a safe environment.
• Monitor pool chemical levels and report issues to facility management.
• Respond to emergencies and perform water rescues, CPR, or first aid as required.
• Inspect pool facilities, equipment, and water to ensure they are clean, safe, and in good working order.
• Provide assistance to injured guests until the arrival of emergency medical services.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests by addressing questions and concerns.
• Report incidents or unsafe conditions to supervisors immediately.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the pool deck, locker rooms, and surrounding areas.
• Maintain detailed records of incidents, maintenance checks, and guest interactions
• Log all guest rentals, usage, and returns to ensure inventory control and billing accuracy.

职责与工作内容：

• 监督游泳池区域内及周边的客人，确保安全并预防事故发生.
• 执行泳池规定和健身房政策，营造安全的环境。
• 监控泳池的化学物质水平，并将问题报告给设施管理部门。
• 在紧急情况下做出响应，必要时进行水中救援、心肺复苏术（CPR）或急救。
• 检查泳池设施、设备和水质，确保其干净、安全并正常运作。
• 在急救人员到达之前，为受伤客人提供必要协助。
• 为客人提供优质客户服务，解答问题并处理关切事项。
• 立即向主管报告事故或不安全状况。
• 确保泳池甲板、更衣室及周边区域的清洁与整齐。
• 详细记录事故、维护检查及与客人的互动。
• 记录所有客人的租赁、使用及归还情况，确保库存管理与账单准确无误。

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
