Restaurant Manager – Roles & Responsibilities

Manage daily restaurant operations.

Supervise and guide all restaurant staff.

Ensure excellent customer service.

Monitor food quality and service standards.

Handle customer complaints and feedback.

Manage staff schedules, attendance, and duties.

Monitor sales, expenses, and daily revenue.

Check stock and coordinate with suppliers.

Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.

Train and motivate staff.

Prepare daily and monthly reports.

Coordinate with kitchen, sales, accounts, and management teams.
