岗位职责

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team.

Requirements:
  • Relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction company
  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience
  • Familiar with measurement, costing, tendering, variation claims and contract administration
  • Able to prepare quantity take-offs, quotations and progress claims
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Singapore construction experience will be an advantage
Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare tender and quotation documents
  • Conduct quantity take-off and cost estimation
  • Prepare progress claims and payment submissions
