Role Description The Sourcing Executive role is a full-time remote position responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing suppliers of pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and veterinary ingredients. On a day-to-day basis, the Sourcing Executive will research potential suppliers, request and compare quotations, negotiate prices and terms, and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. The role includes maintaining accurate sourcing and supplier records, monitoring market trends and price fluctuations, and collaborating with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and quality assurance to support customer requirements. The Sourcing Executive will also follow up on purchase orders, track delivery performance, resolve supply issues, and contribute to cost optimization initiatives. Regular communication with local and international suppliers is required to build strong relationships and secure reliable, long-term partnerships.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in supplier research, evaluation, and negotiation, with the ability to compare quotations and secure competitive terms.
• Experience in procurement or sourcing, preferably within pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or veterinary ingredients or related industries.
• Ability to manage documentation and data accurately, including purchasing records, supplier information, and basic contract details.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers across different regions.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, including monitoring market trends, assessing risks, and resolving supply or delivery issues.
• Proficiency in standard office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, email, online meeting platforms) in a remote working environment.
• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Science, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Knowledge of basic regulatory and quality considerations for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or veterinary ingredients is an advantage.
• High level of reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and performance targets.
