岗位职责

  • Lead the project team for relevant authority submission clearances.
  • Experienced in all phases of a project life cycle.
  • Experienced in handling PUB or LTA projects with track record.
  • Experience in utility management, shaft and manhole construction, road diversion will be advantageous.
  • Having a track record for underground works is a must.
  • Possess clear communication skills.
  • A bachelor’s degree related to built environment from an approved university (refer to BCA’s List of Acceptable Qualifications for Accreditation of Resident Engineer) with 12 years working experience and at least 7 years in project management.
  • Able to prepare and do presentations to all stake holders.
  • Able to tackle construction technical issues and suggest solutions.
  • Able to plan and lead the project from start to finish.
