岗位职责
Responsibilities:
Perform site planning, coordination & site inspection.
Maintain proper documentation of inspection forms and other follow up inspections from RE.
Identify all discrepancies in the drawings and design and bring to the attention of the Owner / Consultants.
Conduct site inspections, manage technical issues and prepare reports.
Manage and control workers and monitor their work closely to keep site safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with project manager, subcontractors and other stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize project performance.
Requirements:
Preferred degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or a related field, with qualifications recognized by the Professional Engineers (PE) Board.
Minimum 1 years relevant working experience in local building construction industry.
Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and quality standards
Independent with good communication skill
