We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented
Design Executive
to drive the visual direction of BUZUD’s marketing, branding, and packaging assets. As a leading home-healthcare and medical technology brand, BUZUD empowers users to manage their health with smart, accessible devices. You will transform complex healthcare and product concepts into clear, engaging visual assets across digital, print, and retail touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Digital & E-Commerce Creatives:
Design promotional banners, graphics, and visual assets for digital campaigns, social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok), the company website, and e-commerce platforms (Shopee & Lazada).
Marketing & Print Collateral:
Produce offline marketing materials including flyers, brochures, product catalogues, and user quick-start guides.
Events & Retail Display:
Create artwork for roadshows, healthcare exhibitions, trade shows, and retail POP displays (backdrops, pull-up banners, signage).
Packaging & Branding:
Assist in product packaging designs, label layouts, and unboxing collateral while enforcing brand guidelines across all customer touchpoints.
Content Creation:
Produce basic motion graphics, promotional videos, and short-form video edits for digital ads and product launches.
Production Coordination:
Liaise with external printers, fabricators, and agencies to review artwork specs, material samples, print quality, and delivery timelines.
Requirements
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, or a related creative field.
Experience:
1–3 years of professional design experience in-house or at an agency (experience in healthcare, wellness, consumer tech, or retail is highly advantageous).
Technical Proficiency:
Expert proficiency in
Adobe Creative Cloud
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); working knowledge of
Premiere Pro / After Effects
and
Figma
is a strong plus.
Core Competencies:
Strong layout, typography, and color theory skills with a clean, modern visual style.
Soft Skills:
Highly organized, proactive, able to manage tight deadlines, and capable of translating technical healthcare concepts into user-friendly visuals.
