Key Responsibilities

Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews,and onboarding

Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and related documentation

Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, and HR databases

Administer attendance, leave, payroll support, and employee claims

Handle employee benefits, insurance, and welfare matters

Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and company HR policies

Coordinate staff training, orientation, and development programs

Address employee queries and provide HR support

Assist in disciplinary actions and performance management processes

Support HR audits, reports, and management submissions
