Focus on overseeing demand planning, master production scheduling, and inventory optimization.

Responsibilities:

· Demand & Supply Alignment: Manage forecast consolidation, customer demand reviews, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) integration.

· Master Scheduling: Lead master production scheduling (MPS) to ensure production plans are realistic, capacity-aligned, and executable.

· Inventory Control: Drive inventory optimization and handle material availability risks alongside purchasing teams.

· Performance Metrics: Monitor core Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like On-Time Delivery (OTD), forecast accuracy, and plan adherence.

Requirements:

· Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.

· Experience: Strong managerial background in production control, S&OP, or manufacturing environments (often requiring 5+ years for supervisory/managerial tracks).

· Technical Skills: Hands-on familiarity with enterprise systems like SAP, MES, or equivalent ERP/MRP tools.

Pay: RM13,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
