Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse electricity, water and other utility consumption at the facility.
• Prepare regular energy and utility consumption reports.
• Track energy performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor building M&E systems, particularly HVAC and other major energy-consuming equipment.
• Support energy-saving initiatives and recommend practical measures to improve efficiency.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify abnormal energy consumption or equipment performance.
• Maintain energy-related records, data and documentation.
• Coordinate with the Facilities, Engineering and Maintenance teams on energy improvement initiatives.
• Assist in monitoring and achieving site energy efficiency targets.
• Support energy audits, reporting and compliance requirements when required.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Management, Facilities Management or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 1–2 years of experience in energy management, facilities management, building operations or M&E is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to analyse and present data.
• Basic understanding of building M&E systems, HVAC and energy consumption is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with good documentation and reporting skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
