Job description:

Responsible for monitoring daily delivery activities (export and local), coordinating with transporters, and ensuring timely reporting on shipment movements, transporter performance, and demurrage. The role also involves preparing delivery orders and managing logistics-related documentation to support smooth supply chain operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations

• Monitor daily export deliveries via WhatsApp communication.
• Monitor daily local deliveries via WhatsApp communication.
• Coordinate with transporters to book trucking services for timely delivery.

Reporting

• Prepare Delivery Orders (DO) for local shipments.
• Update daily movement records for export and local deliveries.
• Prepare monthly transporter summary reports for export and local shipments.
• Prepare monthly demurrage reports (Export & Local).
• Raise Purchase Requisitions (PR) for transportation (Export & Local).

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in logistics/transport operations.
• Knowledge of export/import documentation and transporter coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
