Responsibilities
Support and manage day-to-day e-commerce and webmastering operations, including product listings, product information and creative artwork.
Set up and manage online campaigns, promotions and content updates using relevant e-commerce platforms.
Support the roll-out of multi-market campaigns in a timely manner
Handle client requests and feedback received through the online platform, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
Work closely with clients, design and webmaster team to rollout content updates and campaigns according to deadlines
Support the implementation of digital initiatives while ensuring consistency with overall brand and business objectives.
Participate and support the team for new projects and pitches
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field.
Fresh grads will be considered. Prefer at least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, online retail or digital marketing, preferably from Retail or FMCG-related industry.
Strong project management skills for digital assets, ie websites, mobile apps, etc
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Salesforce Commerce, and CMS platforms will be advantageous
