Job Summary:

Responsible for managing daily hostel operations, ensuring residents’ safety, welfare and discipline, maintaining accurate records, handling enquiries and complaints, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the hostel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Campus Manager in ensuring the hostel is well-managed and operated smoothly.
• Attend to students’ and residents’ matters, enquiries, and complaints appropriately.
• Ensure hostel rules and regulations are followed.
• Monitor hostel cleanliness, safety, and facilities, and report maintenance issues.
• Complete administrative work, records, and documentation accurately and on time.
• Prepare and submit required reports and ensure compliance with deadlines.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding matters until resolved.
• Assist with events and activities at MAHSA Avenue when required.
• Complete assigned tasks within the required timeline.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, Education, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Good communication, interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative work.
• Responsible and able to handle residents’ matters professionally.
• Able to monitor hostel operations, cleanliness, safety, and maintenance.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
• Willing to work flexible hours when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
