Responsibilities

Connect with candidates to understand their career goals and aspirations, fostering meaningful relationships

Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ potential and suitability for roles

Support new hires through structured onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration

Collaborate with leadership to develop and strengthen teams aligned with business objectives

Propose and implement innovative ideas to enhance recruitment strategies and improve candidate experience
