Job Responsibilities:

• Take overall charge of the daily operations and management of the wellness centre
• Supervise staff, arrange work shifts and ensure smooth service delivery
• Uphold service standards and maintain customer satisfaction
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally
• Manage daily business operations, accounts and inventory procurement
• Safeguard the centre's reputation and support business promotion

Requirements:

• Prior experience in wellness centre / reflexology centre / service industry management is preferred
• Good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and friendly disposition
• Capable of leading a team and willing to work flexible / rotating shifts
• Legally eligible to work in Singapore
• Strong service orientation and positive work attitude
