Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular livestock stocktakes and maintain accurate records of cattle inventory, including births, deaths, purchases, sales, and transfers.
- Record and update daily farm activities, animal movements, treatments, feeding schedules, and production data.
- Maintain accurate records in farm management systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Monitor inventory levels of livestock, feed, veterinary supplies, and other farm materials.
- Coordinate with farm supervisors to ensure inventory discrepancies are investigated and resolved promptly.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of farm documentation and regulatory records.
- Support farm audits by preparing accurate documentation and inventory records.
- Assist with procurement records, delivery notes, invoices, and stock reconciliation.
- Perform general administrative duties to support farm operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Agriculture, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience in farm administration or livestock operations is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of livestock inventory management and stocktaking procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts, conditional formatting, data analysis)

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
