Job Summary

We are hiring a Head Spa Therapist in Bedok. This role welcomes both experienced candidates and trainees. Training is provided for newcomers, with opportunities to earn commissions and grow in a stable, long-term position.

Responsibilities

• Deliver head spa treatments to clients, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming spa environment for all customers
• Learn and apply spa techniques through training programs to improve skills and service quality
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized care
• Manage service and package sales to contribute to business growth and earn commissions
• Demonstrate responsibility and a positive service attitude in daily tasks and client interactions
• Adapt to feedback and continuously improve treatment techniques and customer service

Other Information
Location: Bedok
Working Hours: 11AM – 11PM
Off Days: 3 days per month

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: $1,800
• Service commission
• Package sales commission
• Performance-based earning potential

Trainee Program:

• Training provided for applicants without experience
• Lower basic salary during training period
• Full salary and commissions upon successful training completion and assessment
