Position Overview:

We are seeking a scientifically adept Technical Support Specialist/Manager to join our R&D department. In this role, you will be embedded within the R&D team, serving as a critical link to understand client needs and ensure our development work is precisely targeted. You will interpret client challenges and project requirements across nucleic acid, LNP, and protein-based modalities, translating them into clear direction for our scientists to enhance the efficiency and impact of our R&D programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret client scientific data (e.g., on nucleic acids, LNPs, or proteins) to define specific technical problems and R&D objectives.
• Translate project goals and client requirements into actionable experimental plans, technical protocols, and development strategies for the R&D team.
• Collaborate directly with R&D scientists in designing, optimizing, and troubleshooting experiments and development processes.
• Provide scientific expertise and context to help troubleshoot technical challenges encountered during project execution.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Master's degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a closely related field, with a minimum of 1+ years' experience.
• Alternatively, a Doctoral degree (PhD) in the above fields, which also requires a minimum of 1+ years' experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
