• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical and air conditioning systems.

• Diagnose and repair electrical and HVAC equipment faults.

• Service and maintain split-unit, cassette, and centralized air conditioning systems.

• Perform routine inspections and ensure equipment operates efficiently.

• Attend emergency breakdowns and maintenance requests.

• Maintain maintenance records and reports.

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.

• Certificate/Diploma in Electrical, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, HVAC, or related field.

• Experience in electrical and air conditioning maintenance is preferred.

• Knowledge of electrical wiring, troubleshooting, and HVAC systems.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Possess a valid driving licence (preferred).

• Responsible, reliable, and safety-conscious.
