Akt Components Hiring! Full Time CNC PROGRAMMER in Pulau Pinang, Earn up to MYR 4,500 - Ricebowl

• Create and modify CNC programs using MASTERCAM based on drawing, 3D model and process requirements.
• Determine machining sequence, work holding method, tooling and basic cutting parameters for new FA jobs, inclusive define IPQC by process.
• Generate and update CNC setup sheet including machine, work holding, material, datum, setup sequence, tools offsets and machining parameters.
• Generate required tool list including tool number, tool holder, insert type, tool geometry, cutting condition and application.
• Conduct MASTERCAM simulation, G-code verification, dry run and single-block checking before machining.
• Setup and machine first piece, inspect critical dimensions and make controlled tool-offset / program adjustments.
• Support FA inspection and update setup sheet, tool list and CNC program based on approved results.
• Support machinists / operators during production and troubleshoot basic machining, tooling and dimensional issues.
• Maintain correct CNC program revision and ensure released programs are properly controlled and documented, and filing NC program in designated folder.
• Monitor tool wear and optimize basic cutting conditions, tool life and cycle time.

Qualifications:

• Diploma’s in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Min. 2 years experience in operating CNC Milling or Turning machine
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
