We Are Hiring: NPI Engineer

We are looking for an experienced NPI Engineer to join our team in Tampines. Candidates with hands-on experience in new product introduction within a server, rack or electronics manufacturing environment are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive all NPI activities within the plant

• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, customers, headquarters and factories on new product introductions, including packaging

• Create and modify BOM structures for assembly processes

• Maintain product information in SFC (Shop Floor Control) and SAP systems

• Support server and rack assembly processes

• Participate in rack packaging design

• Lead or participate in Kaizen activities

• Support mass-production runs

• Participate in internal and external ISO audits

• Ensure compliance with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in an Engineering discipline

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing

• Relevant NPI experience, preferably involving server, rack or electronics manufacturing

• Strong problem-solving and project-management skills

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Detail-oriented and able to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders

Working Location:

6 Tampines Industrial Avenue 5, Singapore 528760

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
