Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project documents, drawings, reports, and records throughout the project lifecycle.
• Control document numbering, revision, distribution, and filing in accordance with project procedures.
• Upload, track, and retrieve documents using document management systems.
• Maintain document registers and ensure all submissions, approvals, and revisions are properly recorded.
• Coordinate document submissions and transmittals between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor document status, approvals, and outstanding submissions, and follow up with relevant parties.
• Ensure documents are properly archived and easily accessible for reference and audit purposes.
• Support project teams with document control and administrative activities as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Construction, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in document control, preferably within construction, engineering, or M&E projects.
• Familiar with construction drawings, technical documents, transmittals, and revision control.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, and document management skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple documents and deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.
