Beverage Preparation & Service

      Prepare and serve espresso-based coffee, specialty brews, and other beverages to a consistent quality standard.

      Operate, calibrate, and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.

      Ensure timely and efficient beverage service during peak operating hours.

      Carry out daily opening and closing procedures for the beverage station.

      Maintain an organised, clean, and hygienic beverage preparation area.

      Deliver attentive, friendly customer service and build rapport with regular guests.

Menu &Product Development

      Participate in the development of CBB's specialty coffee and beverage menu.

      Contribute to recipe standardisation, seasonal drink trials, and High Tea beverage pairings.

      Monitor ingredient usage and wastage, recommending cost-saving initiatives.

      Support sourcing and evaluation of coffee beans, milk, and other beverage supplies.

Standards& Team Support

      Ensure compliance with food and beverage hygiene and safety regulations.

      Follow company SOPs for beverage preparation and station upkeep.

      Assist with onboarding and training of new FOH team members on beverage standards.

      Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with the FOH team.

      Perform any other duties assigned by the Head Chef.
