Role Overview

We are looking for a System & Cloud Engineer to support the day-to-day operation, troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintenance of customers' IT systems and cloud infrastructure.

The successful candidate will also assist in infrastructure, cloud, security, and endpoint-related project implementations. This role is suitable for an engineer who enjoys hands-on technical work across both traditional IT infrastructure and modern Microsoft cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for servers, endpoints, cloud platforms, and IT infrastructure.
• Monitor system health, availability, performance, backups, alerts, and infrastructure issues.
• Administer and support Windows Server and Windows client environments.
• Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related services.
• Support Microsoft Azure and/or AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Support Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, device configuration, compliance, and application deployment.
• Assist with Microsoft Purview configurations, data protection, compliance, and information governance.
• Perform user account administration, access management, system maintenance, patching, and routine operational tasks.
• Troubleshoot incidents and escalate complex technical issues where necessary.
• Assist senior engineers and project teams with infrastructure migrations, cloud deployments, system upgrades, and customer implementation projects.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, configuration records, implementation notes, and support procedures.
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide timely updates on incidents, service requests, and project activities.

Technical Skills

Candidates should have practical knowledge or experience in the following areas:

• Windows Server & Windows Client
• Active Directory & Group Policy
• Microsoft Azure
• AWS Cloud
• Microsoft 365 / Office 365
• Exchange Online
• Microsoft Intune
• Microsoft Purview
• Basic networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewall
• System monitoring, backup, patching, and troubleshooting

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, technical support, cloud support, or a related role.
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of Windows-based enterprise environments.
• Comfortable working across both on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the technical team.
• Good communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and participate in infrastructure and cloud implementation projects.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
