We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team on a part-time/full-time/contract, fully work-from-home or hybrid. This role involves providing exceptional support to our studio members and assisting with a range of administrative and studio-related tasks, including workshops and events from Mon-Fri 9-5pm.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to member inquiries via chat, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Manage membership records, update member information, and assist with renewals or changes.
• Compile and organize data related to class attendance, member feedback, and other studio metrics.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating online events, workshops, and classes.
• Support marketing and communications related to studio activities.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as needed, all from the comfort of your home upon request.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable using online tools for communication, data entry, and scheduling.

Remuneration:

• Starting RM2400
• Participate domestic/international travels as organised from time to time.
• Incentives given based on performance.
