Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,300 per month

We are looking for a dedicated Commis Chef who is passionate about food, willing to learn, and ready to grow in a professional kitchen environment.

This position is suitable for fresh graduates, kitchen helpers seeking career advancement, or candidates with basic cooking experience who want to develop their culinary skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist chefs in food preparation and cooking.
• Prepare ingredients according to recipes and SOPs.
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen areas and equipment.
• Follow food safety procedures and kitchen regulations.
• Support stock handling, storage, and stock rotation activities.
• Assist during busy service periods and kitchen operations.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the kitchen leadership team.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Kitchen experience is an added advantage.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and positive attitude.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
