Role Description

The Junior Marketing Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. This role involves supporting face-to-face marketing and customer acquisition campaigns, engaging directly with potential customers, and clearly communicating client value propositions. The Junior Marketing Associate will help execute brand awareness activities, assist in setting up and managing campaign locations, and gather customer feedback to improve campaign performance. Daily tasks include reporting on key metrics, collaborating with team members to refine messaging, and maintaining professional and consistent brand representation. The role also includes participating in training sessions, learning sales and marketing techniques, and contributing to a positive, results-oriented team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently in face-to-face customer interactions.
• Interest in sales, marketing, and brand promotion, with a willingness to learn and apply new strategies.
• Ability to work on-site in WP, Kuala Lumpur, including flexibility to attend events, roadshows, and campaign locations.
• Team-oriented mindset, reliability, and a positive attitude toward feedback, coaching, and continuous improvement.
• Basic analytical skills to track campaign outcomes and provide clear, accurate reports on daily activities.
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and time management skills suitable for a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or marketing is an advantage but not required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
