Job Description

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting customers with technology solutions for corporate and business events.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage existing customer accounts and build long-term relationships.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales presentations.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Develop new accounts and expand existing business.
• Provide professional customer support throughout the sales process.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
