Index methodology and fund research

Due diligence on new market-making mandates

Direct interaction with exchanges, issuers, and institutional counterparties

Fresh or recent grad in Finance, Economics, Math, or a related field

Genuinely curious about market structure and ETF mechanics

Sharp attention to detail — you'll be the person who catches the blank clause in a 50-page agreement

A self-starter who wants real responsibility early, not a rotational program
