What the role is
You will apply psychological principles, knowledge and insights of relevance to enhance SID's organisational and operational effectiveness.
What you will be working on
- Conduct research, assessments and interventions in psychological domains relevant to SID. These include, but are not limited to, mental health and well-being, organisational psychology, social psychology and psychological profiling.
- Provide consultation, advice and training to relevant SID stakeholders in psychological matters.

- Must minimally possess a recognised undergraduate degree in psychology
- Experience or interest in conducting psychological research, assessments and interventions
- Willingness to work in different fields of psychology
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, planning and execution skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
