You will be the bridge between cutting-edge 3D Laser Scanning (LiDAR) technology and real-world industrial transformation. We are looking for a tech-native professional who thrives in a high-velocity environment and is obsessed with turning complex point cloud data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Field Deployment & Demo Support

  Partner with the sales team to deliver high-impact product demos and on-site hardware/software deployment; handle pre-demo equipment prep and local dispatch.

• Client Onboarding & Technical Support

  Independently conduct hands-on product training for new clients and provide timely troubleshooting to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Data Processing & Deliverables

  Process raw 3D spatial data (mainly point clouds) into professional, client-ready technical deliverables.

• Product Insights & Iteration

  Gather real-world field feedback and collaborate closely with Product/R&D teams to refine solution features.

Requirements

• Education & Background

  Degree / Diploma in Geomatics, LSGI, Surveying, Civil/Engineering, or related disciplines. Fresh graduates with strong practical fundamentals are welcome.

• Legal Work Status

  Must possess valid authorization to work in Hong Kong (e.g., IANG, Permanent Resident, Dependent Visa) without requiring visa sponsorship.

• Technical & Field Experience

  Hands-on experience with 3D Laser Scanners, Total Stations, or UAVs, with basic proficiency in spatial data processing (Point Cloud, CAD/BIM) is preferred. Experience with handheld SLAM scanners is a strong plus.

• Language & Soft Skills

  Fluent in Cantonese and English, good command in Mandarin is a plus. Proactive, outgoing, hands-on, and customer-oriented.
